the people on the floor above us were pacing back and forth and they must have been walking heavy....very loud.

Study with a balcony was the best.

the room was spotless, had exceptionally comfortable and included tea/coffee making equipment and a fridge. the staff were all accommodating, exceptional.

Great free breakfast! Pretty facility. Though not beach front, we still had a balcony view of the water. Large balcony. Great bedding!!! Pretty bathroom. Liked that the shower head could be taken down and directed as desired. Big hot tub, great temperature. Plenty of seating around the pool.

Our particular room smelled of mildew. Though the shower was huge, I prefer a garden tub/shower. Water pressure was poor. The hot tub jets/timer were not working.

I liked that the hotel was a five minute walk from the beach. And if you forgot something, Wal Mart was right across the street.

I loved my balcony! The shower was spacious and good, and the bed was super comfortable.

The Wi-Fi was slow. We dealt with cleanliness issues in our room.

The location was perfect. I like mostly the size of the room.

I had a very nice experience here, everything was great, the location was magnificent near to the beach and sorrounding stores as well as sea wall boulevard. The room was extremely spacious, with smoke detectors and excellant views of the ocean. The local stuff was courteous and polite. The service was friendly, including good breakfasts and a nice pool.

Had trouble with pillows: there were plenty, but all the same highly-stuffed type. A bit of variety would be better. Another problem relates to furniture. I had to finish a presentation by working several hours on my laptop. In my room, the desk chair would no scoot up under the work table - leading to a very poor ergonomic arrangement. Another problem, not really much under the control of staff though, relates to noise from tenant above me: lots of noisy footsteps (jazzercise?). Although it could have been just that tenant, I also think it is really inherent in the wooden box frame construction of the building. If I stayed again, I'd try to get a top floor spot.

The room was spacious, but the bathroom could use more attention.

Just thought it was more on the beach like the hotel showed online. Besides that it was awesome

Compared to other Hampton Inns, this site was not very clean. The room was clean, but had mold in the shower. Elevator was really dirty. Breakfast area was dirty, and tables were not cleaned. Overall, just not as clean as other hotels in this chain.

Couples should think twice

The staff was friendly and tried to help. They offered us a great room with a nice view.

It wasn't inexpensive but still acceptable.

1. Staff, (especially Pamela at the front desk) very friendly, welcoming & professional demeanor with a personalized touch. 2. Location was perfect, with excellent lighting. 3. Hotel was very clean and obvious attention to details. 4. Breakfast, with good variety and comfortable + clean environment.
